: I just bought an hvlp system to spray lacquer and it came with a viscosity cup.. would someone tell me how to use a viscosity cup?
Visosity cup is for the measurement of the viscosity of fluid
[Procedure]
1. prepare the liquid smaple to be tested
2. pour the test fluid into the cup
3. let the smaple be the test temperature
(use thermostatic bath if necessary)
4. open the cup orifice and measure the efflux
time with a chronometer(stopwatch)
5. report the efflux time and the corresponding temperature
