We need to drop pressure in a sanitary line from 35 bar to 25 barG. To keep crevices to a minimum, I'd like to size a smooth contoured reducer going from 25mm ID to ??ID and then back to 25mm ID.
Liquid has similar properties to water and will be at max 12 cu m per hour in the pipe for the pressure loss required. Can you help with the calculations?
