The Sixth International Conference on RMS will be held in XiAn City, China on August 26-30,2004.
The main purposes of this conference include technical discussions, RMS forum and issues on measures on reliability. Tourist attractions of the City of XiAn will be provided at the conference. The deadline for abstract submission is May 31st,2003. All abstracts will be reviewed by the committee members, and authors whose abstracts have been accepted will be notified for paper submission by December 31st,2003.
