Hanzhou, the capital city of Zhejiang province, has invested 4 billion
RMB to build a natural gas power plant to use the natural gas from
cross China west to east transmission pipelines. The power plant
has 3 gas turbines with each capacity of power generation at 0.39
million KW, total power generation capacity is 1.17 million KW.
GE won the bid of 2 billion RMB to provide gas turbines
